Emergency Medical Science (C45340EP)

This pathway is designed to prepare individuals to work as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). EMTs are often the first responders to any emergency, making split-second decisions that save people’s lives. Topics include preparatory, airway, patient assessment, medical emergencies, trauma, infants and children, and operations.
