Classes are available at no cost if one of the following applies:
- You are unemployed
- You have been notified of a pending layoff
- You are working and eligible for the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit

This one-stop-shop offers a way for job seekers to receive help with resumes, job searches, completing online job applications, cover letters, interview skills, and much more. National Career Readiness Certification – Online Class

Human Services Exploration: DSS Caseworker
Learn the skills and strategies needed for the role of Income Maintenance Caseworker within Department of Social Services agencies. This is a two-part series of classes offered through the NC Fast program. Both Phase 1 and 2 must successfully be completed to gain certification. Students are required to earn their National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC) as part of the course requirements.
