This course is intended for those preparing for a career as an entry-level Information Technology professional or a Personal Computer service technician and will provide the background knowledge and skills required to be successful on the job. In this course, students will learn the essential skills and information needed to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize and perform preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems. In addition, this course will assist you in preparing for the CompTIA A+ certification exam. Registration fees do not include CompTIA A+ certification exam fees. This course is instructor-led and delivered in a hybrid format on campus and online. Prepayment of tuition and purchase of course materials are required.
