Step 1
Use the NC Residency Determination Service to apply for NC residency.
Step 2
Use the same CFNC login and password you used for the Residency Determination Service in Step 1 to complete your RCC application.
Step 3
Use the calendar to schedule your meeting with the RCC Admissions Office by phone or in-person.
