Message from Mark O. Kinlaw, President

Welcome to Rockingham Community College and thank you for visiting the college website. We hope that you will be able to use this site to stay connected to the college whether you are a student, prospective student, or community member. At RCC, our mission is to serve each student in a way that helps them to reach their educational goals. Whether you are interested in entering the workforce, upgrading skills or transferring to a four-year school, we are here to help. The faculty and staff at the college are eager to answer your questions and guide you along the way. I am very honored to serve as the fifth president of the college. RCC has a strong and rich history and I look forward to helping the college continue to be a vibrant part of Rockingham County.

This accountability acknowledges that our students are the primary focus and that our actions should promote their success in every aspect of their RCC experience. As faculty and staff, we work together to maintain transparency while delivering excellent service.

Rockingham Community College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate degrees.
