The Fine Arts Festival Association of Rockingham County will be set up in the Whitcomb Student Center Activity Room to accept artwork entries for this year’s Fine Arts Festival.

Entrants must be at least 16 years old and older. Entrants must live, work, or attend school in Rockingham County.
