Facility Requests

Rockingham Community College welcomes the use of college facilities by outside groups.  Such use may be approved provided the use does not interfere with regular college functions and operations.  Community agencies, institutions, companies, and organizations may use the facilities for civic, recreational, cultural, and educational purposes.  Priorities for use go to public educational agencies and public service non-profit organizations and agencies.

How to Request a Facility?

An  External Request for Facility Usage form must be submitted to the Office of the Vice President for Administrative Services for approval. Fees may be charged depending on the type of event and other factors. Please contact RCC’s Campus Services Manager, Nancy Norwood at norwoodn@rockinghamcc.edu or call 336-342-4261, ext. 2175, with any questions.
