The Envision Youth Career Expo connects Rockingham County employers with local students through interactive, hands‑on career experiences. Hosted by Rockingham Community College in partnership with Rockingham County Schools and Economic Development, Envision helps strengthen the local talent pipeline.
What Is the Envision Career Expo?
Envision is a student‑focused career exploration event, not a traditional job fair. Employers engage students through interactive activities that showcase career pathways, skills, and real‑world applications within their industry.

2026 Envision RoCo Youth Career Expo
- When: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 – Thursday, October 1, 2026
- Time: 8:00am – 2:00pm
- Location: Rockingham Community College
Employer Participation Details
- There is no fee to participate.
- Employers must provide an interactive, hands‑on booth.
- Booths should highlight career pathways and industry skills.
- Candy and giveaways are highly discouraged

Participating organizations should plan an engaging experience that allows students to learn about careers in your industry. Staff should be prepared to interact with students and discuss skills, education, and career opportunities.
