7 graduate from Paramedic program

Rockingham Community College wrapped up another Paramedic program this fall.

A Dec. 20 pinning ceremony celebrated the following seven students: Patricia Cantu of Eden, Stephanie Gonzalez of Stokesdale, Nathanael Huxtable of Kernersville, Sean Kellogg and Gillian Wright of Greensboro, and Donald Miller and Sydney Zimmerman of Reidsville.

The Paramedic program provides students with the knowledge and skills to provide advanced emergency medical care for patients through EMS. Students graduate prepared to work for EMS, convalescent ambulance services, fire departments, rescue squads, hospitals, industry, and education and government agencies.
