Boot Camp
Employers and job seekers benefit through the boot camp program which is a two-day workshop hosted by the employer. We provide two mornings of instruction on job seeking and interview skills along with any specific soft skills the employer designates as vital to their workplace. In return, candidates who successfully complete the course are guaranteed an interview by the employer.
College Central Network
This free web-based tool is available to help students, alumni and community residents connect with employers who offer various employment opportunities. Other resources include the CCN app, access to career advice podcasts and documents, and notices about posted positions, additional services and upcoming events.
NCWorks
Our ongoing partnership with NCWorks connects us directly with job seekers while allowing us to design workshops for their clients and offer onsite, one-on-one assistance to their visitors. Outreach and program development provides a strong bond between RCC, NCWorks, and the community at large.
