The mission of the Institutional Research & Planning Office is to conduct institutional research and perform reporting in support of planning, evaluation, and management decisions for Rockingham Community College.

Goal
The goal of the Institutional Research and Planning Office is to provide a management and planning system that ensures productivity, fiscal responsibility, and accountability.

Objectives

• To promote the validity and reliability of institutional data and reporting, particularly as they relate to student information system and the academic programs of the college
• To conduct research and reporting activities in support of planning, evaluation, research and management decisions and provide assistance to others within the college
• To coordinate reporting of data and respond to the information requests from outside the college
• To seek funding through grants to enhance programs and services
